[Freeciv-Dev] New civilization (race)

Hi Freecivers!

This is a race I found in the Civilization I (windows) manual.

Sulayman (Turks): Sulayman I, known as The Magnificent, presided over
the Ottoman Empire at its height. Continuing his father's campaigns, he
conquered most of Hungary in the Balkans and the island of Rhodes in the
Mediterranean. Fighting mainly against Venice and the Holy Roman Emperor
Charles V, he just failed to take Venice and Malta, and lost Tunis. He
also conquered much of Persia and Arabia. He was noted for the extent of
his reforms, his patronage of the arts, and the splendor of his rule.

Another civilization I wish would be included is the Danish, Denmark
nation. The flag is allready in the flags.xpm and the leader could be
Queen Magrethe I or something.
