Omniscient = it has all the map information, and thus it plays
the game with completely different rules. It doesn't have to
explore, as people have pointed out.

I believe I'd prefer many times to play against a "hard"
non-omniscient AI that plays by the same rules I do, than an
"easy" omniscient one. Didn't someone this week (Bob Young?) say
that Free Software is about choice? ;-)
