Hmm, good point. I guess your spaceship advisor just
wants to get more points, and too bad if people suffer :-)
Ideally this would be choosable by the player, like in
Civ1, but that would require more GUI work. (The current
protocol supports this, but currently the client makes
the choice automatically).
