[Freeciv-Dev] New GTK+ client version based on freeciv-cvs-Feb-23

Yes, that's right. A new GTK+ client version.  This one features the
changes made to the client upto freeciv-cvs-Feb-23 including:

* diagonal roads
* rulesets
* spaceship dialog

It also fixes a nasty bug in the old version.  I'm back to using Imlib and
XPM's now.  I've also made some new snapshots that you may want to take a
look at.  As usual the address is:
