Hi. In CivII, unit hitpoints are only regenerated when a unit has not moved
or attacked in the current turn, and sentry units which have less than full
hitpoints wake up when their hitpoints are regenerated (so you can put your
units on sentry while they regenerate and find them immediately after they
finish). Freeciv lets units regenerate hitpoints no matter what they're
doing. The patch I've attached fixes these problems.
