FWIW, you've got my blessing, but only if the #define TILE_* stuff gets
placed into mapview.h instead of mapview.c... Always recreating my own
mapview.h from client/mapview.c every time the tiles change gets boring
after a while... :-( My aim with CivWorld is to NOT duplicate effort if
it can be avoided...

I'll post more about CivWorld in a separate mail...
