Oh. Seems I don't know much about DNS. :-)

OTOH, it can generate some ammount of traffic right? (not only for
the server-metaserver communication itself, but for the
metaserver-metaserver communication perhaps). If this is the
case, we don't want people running it without sysadmin approval
anyway. Just a thought that your message raised.
