[Freeciv-Dev] engles tiles..

I fixed the tiles up so they work with the post diagonal roads versions of
Freeciv, like the current CVS.  The tar file will extract into a directory
called engels.  So to use them just untar from the data directory, then start
freeciv with the option -tiles engels.
