[Freeciv-Dev] gender selection

I am looking into adding gender selection to freeciv, and fixing the "King
Elizabeth" oddity. However, I am stuck with finding good counterparts for
the current leaders... ok, I could use Cleopatra instead of Ramsesses, and
Alexandra Kollontai instead of Stalin, but for the rest? Perhaps others on
this list are more clued into the national histories of these nations, and
can help out :)
