I have relased a new version of R-Hires

This tileset are tested on CVS, 1.14.1-devel, 1.14.0 .

- Convert xpm to png
- Cities
  . remove unused barbarian style
  . rename city style: Asian and Tropical for compatibility to standard tiles.
  . move the disorder flag, it hid the occupied flag
- Small: replace
- Terrain1: change desert
- Terrain2: replace
- Irrigation: add, works from Womoks <s-ren@xxxxxxxxxx> and Snoopy
