Hi,
I like a new realy tech: "ion propulsor" (like in DEEP or in SMART-1). This 
tech exist nowaday.
With this thech can send space engin (Wonder), City that lunch it have more 
science. The fact to send space engin is growth the science.

Possibilty to go on moon (have a moon map, (and mars map?)) to colonise it 
with "space transporter", but this it out off comment.
