[freeciv-ai] diplomacy

Hi,

I wanna collaborate in the freeciv code development. I would like to 
introduce a diplomacy for AI but I don't kinown if someone is already doing 
it because I've read that Freeciv 1.15.0 will have it.
At first, I wanna do an initial PEACE mode for AIs under 'easy' difficulty.  
This can be
turned to WAR by a simple countdown timer started after first contact.
is it useful at this moment?
