Here is some crude measurement code that I created for settlers. I'd like
to commit some version of this eventually, but I am not sure if the
present approach is a good one.
To use, delete srv_main.o and recompile with
make CFLAGS="-DAI_MEASUREMENT_MODE -DAI_END_GAME=81"
Only 'experimental' players will be affected. If measurement mode is
activated, then each 10th turn, it will print this for each such player:
a stats: 5 cities, 5 citizens, 20 food, 10 production,
9 trade, 2 settlers, 1 other units.
