This isn't strictly Linux related but then again what is on this  
list ;-]

We will have a tech support position open up in about a month so we  
are looking for someone for that position.

It is about what you would expect for front line tech support.  Mostly  
answering the phone, dealing with customers.  Customer service is  
probably more important than hard technical skills.  Its an entirely  
office based position, although the right person could probably pick  
up some DSL install duties.

Pay range is $8-$12/hour based on experience/skills.  Benefits include  
paid vacation, health/dental/life insurance, retirement plan and high  
speed internet access.
