yah, interestingly enough, I got a 128mm Tri-Cool fan from CompUSA that 
had 3 blue LEDs (which i could've cared less about) and was quieter than 
the non-LED fans for a few $$$ less than it would've cost me to buy a 
louder 128mm fan without LEDs!  strange how pricing like that works :S
