Which one?  I bought Linux Programming Bible and I was impressed with
the amount of content in the book.  In contrast to other linux books, it
has more content and less "fluff info" to fill the pages--in other words
no rewrites of what is going to be on the screen.  It also has a lot of
command line info.  Just about anyone can figure out linux gui, but a
linux guru knows how to use the command line.  ~Anne
