[aclug-L] Off Topic - OEM "XP" to new harddrive?

Does anybody here know of a software program that will allow the
"Hidden" partition of a 'OEM' installed version of
"WindowsXP-Home'{HP/Gateway/Dell} to be transferred "along with
the data on the main NTFS partition" to a new larger harddrive?

Does the current version of the harddrive install software that
comes with most retail harddrives now allow the user to transfer
these partitions? [The last versions that I had did not support
NTFS file system.]
