You dropped the temperature by 28% in Celsius, but that is only 
a 19% drop in Fahrenheit and only 3.5% absolute, which is the 
only temperature scale that makes any sense in comparing 
temperatures.  Both fahrenheit and Cencius are based on an 
arbitrary placement of zero.  ; ^ )
