[aclug-L] php development of a front end for a MySQL database

I am looking to start talking with a php developer interested in creating a
front end to a MySQL database that has been originally executed in Access.
The only 2 relative items are 1. data, 2. "look" I'm moving the data, and I
need help recreating the "look" (or a very similar look) to the original
Access database forms front end.
