Being serious for a moment, an "inexpensive" service 
which WSU faculty/staff could use to get good Linux help 
might significantly increase the rate at which Linux is 
adopted on campus (before the administration signs some 
agreement which outlaws everything but windows??).
I do not know how good or bad "AskDrTech.com" is (and 
it is only for M$).  Besides man pages (and info pages) 
and linuxnewbie.org, what is out there for new users?
