[aclug-L] General Help Request: Cat-5 Cabling

Until I hurt my back I could of done the following by myself but now can
not.....
(also don't have crimping tool)

Right now the cable for my in home network between wife's office and mine is
a 10-base2 (coax) cable.

Do you know anybody that for cheap will climb into a ceiling and replace
with a run of Cat-5 cable?
