[aclug-L] Email question: format

["Burt Humburg" <bhumburg@xxxxxxxxxxx>]

I'm coding a website right now and I'd like to enclose the real name with
the hyperlink along with the actual email address. However, my email client
burped when I tried "mailto:Burt Humburg [bhumburg@xxxxxxxxxxx]"

Is there a way to code in both name and hyperlink within the mailto tag? Do
I just need to do one or the other?
