it is listed as an AC'97 part of my infamous 82810 chip set.  On the download
from the video config stuff, it said to look to the manual to write the driver.
 I am not a sound card driver writer.  I do good just doing the motion controll.
They also changed my builddb command, it is now slocate!  
pci sound model : ""intel corp |82801AA 82810 AC '97 Audio Codeck"....Boy, I
thought I was in trouble.  I ran soundconfig from Xwin (where I got the above
data) And the entire xwin froze up.  But it woke up and cleared off the deal.  

It comes back with the chip set is not yet supported.
