You are right.  I believe microsoft does have a case wrt the posting
of their copyrighted material.

However, their going after comments that told how to, of all things,
unzip a file is ludicrous.  I am glad to see andover not caving in
immediately.  I plan to publish an essay on the matter on complete.org
in a few days.
