Um.. err.. John?... Are you on MMCs cablemodem? (kscable.com?).  If so, you will
find that they do not allow personal webservers on their networks... Matter of
fact, the regularly scan the active IPs on their network looking for anything
that responds on port 80... so.. becareful..
