My SPARC (a 33Mhz SPARCclassic) uses True Parity RAM... meaning that the RAM
will also work in many PCs, but is very expensive. As for a monitor, your
best bet is to find a used Sun monitor--check Command Computer Surplus, NCR,
Trailing Edge, eBay, etc. Adaptors to use a PC monitor with a Sun monitor
run about $80 or more at the places I've seen online. You can probably get
a used Sun monitor for less than $30 (I sold a couple 19" greyscale Sun
monitors for about $20/each a few months ago).

Your SPARC probably has built-in SCSI, meaning any SCSI devices should work
with it.
