Also, be aware that if any vestige of a former WSU permit remains on your car
then you will get ticketed for an expired permit they WILL NOT excuse the
ticket.  A friend was a past student and was on campus for a work related
reason and was ticketed.  He can't even re-enroll until his fine is paid and
they won't excuse the fine.  As a result, Learjet Lab Services won't be
loaning any more equipment to the university.  That didn't matter either.  WSU
is a strange place, but they have the local monopoly on "Real Education", ie.
Computer Science degrees.  :-(
