yup, that's right...  infact, the .etheme files are nothing more than a
.tar.gz file with the extension chanced to etheme...  if you never want to
have to see the files, you can just throw the .etheme file in your themes
dir and run, but if you want to alter things (like i did to create my
NewSTEP and OPENSTEP4.2 themes), you can untar them, and play around! : ^ )
