Catching up on last week's Linux Weekly News (finally) I found they had
mention of an electronic schematic drawing and PCB layout program
available for Linux.  The company is offering a free binary version for
download that will allow layouts on boards up to 4 x 3.2" and  two
layers, top and bottom.  The license allows use for non-commercial use
only and commercial use requires a license purchase.  They can be found
at http://www.cadsoft.de/
