[aclug-L] y2k solution for Dell computers

Dell has posted a patch for the Year 2000 BIOS problem that has a very
funny requirement... You have to keep your computer turned off for the
entire month of January, 2000. It was a typo that they eventually fixed,
but this is what the bottom of the page originally said:

1.Install the software patch.
2.Turn off the system prior to midnight on 12/31/99.
3.Reboot the system after 2/1/00.
