Same here... We have been using 4.0 for a few weeks on various machines
and have no problems with lock ups even under heavy load (Say 3 or so
instances running on one small pentium box).

We too, installed from directly from the commerical CD from Caldara
(Which is the exact same thinkg as the private version if you can trust
the part numbers)..
