It depends on what you want to do.

Do you want:

1. All mail to any address in the virtual domain to go to a single
   mailbox in the real domain?

2. All accounts that are valid in the real domain to be treated
   exactly the same in the virtual one?

Only one of those is possible at any one time with any one domain.
Let us know which one you want to use, and we can give you more
detailed instructions.
