I don't understand why you are using a subnet mask of 192 with a private
ip network.
Use a mask of 255.255.0.0
With IP's of
192.168.1.1 - 192.168.1.254 broadcast 192.168.1.255
192.168.2.1 - 192.168.2.254 broadcast 192.168.2.255
.
.
.
192.168.254.1 - 192.168.254.254 broadcast 192.168.254.255
etc.
