Hi All,

Trying to compile a new kernel here and getting the following error:

gcc: Internal compiler error: program cc1 got fatal signal 11
make[2]: *** [itimer.o] Error 1
make[2]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/linux/kernel'
make[1]: *** [first_rule] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/linux/kernel'
make: *** [linuxsubdirs] Error 2

What the h***l is this? Any ideas?
<just a thought: Something related to memory??>

Here is the conf on the box:

Pentium 100 Mhz with 24 megs of ram
RHS5.0
Kernel 2.0.32
gcc version 2.7.2.3
glibc 2.0.5c-10
glibc-devel-2.0.5c-10
glint-2.4-2.
glibc-debug-2.0.5c-10

Any pointer/help/suggestion/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Regards,

Sohel
