I've moved the webdev discussion wiki from www.tomhull.com to:

  http://aclug.notwerk.net/cgi-bin/wiki.pl

The wiki data directory on the server is at: /home/aclug/wiki

I haven't made any changes to the wiki data yet. I doubt that
this really has a permanent role in the website, but it might
be useful for a series of temporary roles, such as informally
collecting ideas as a first step to developing new things for
the website.

It also provides a cgi example.
