Why is it that offlineimap terminates on the first error it
encounters? For instance, if I have account A which depends on server X
listed first in my configuration file, and account B which depends on
serer Y listed second in my configuration file, if server X is down and
server Y is up, I will never get new messages from account B. Any ideas?
