quick = <natural number> behaviour

Hello,

I'm curious to know what the expected behaviour is when:

 quick = <integer greater than zero>

I've tried running in debug mode (-d imap -1), and I do not see anything
happening between the 2 minute auto refresh period, despite my creation
and deletion of messages on both ends.

My config:

accounts = Test
ui = Noninteractive.Basic

[Account Test]
autorefresh = 2
quick = 100
localrepository = Local
remoterepository = Remote

[Repository Local]
type = IMAP
remotehost = localhost
remoteuser = userA
remotepass = passA

[Repository Remote]

remotehost = 192.168.0.10
remoteuser = user1
remotepass = pass1
