Not deleting mails

Hi, i'm running offlineimap (with the patch for gnus nnmaildir support),
and I'm having a problem with mails that are deleted in the local store
(ie. maildir). Quite simply, they are deleted locally, and the
downloaded from the imap server again during the next sync.

Any suggestions? Could this be a bug caused by the nnmaildir patch?
(Can't see any obvious errors in it)
