Possible problem with hanging (4.0.0)

I've just started using offlineimap 4.0.0 on my system to allow me to
use mutt and my local mailboxes, but still have the possibility to read
email on the road via an imap server. Looks good so far! :)
I'm experiencing some problems though which end up with python burning
all the CPU, possibly in a loop, when it tries to synchronise a
particular message:
2471 joe 131 0 29428K 27664K RUN 13:55 93.75% 93.75% python2.3
The message in question looks like this:

I don't know how to read or write python and so can't track it down
