Offlineimap can already handle mails from different accounts being put
into the same Maildir (because they have a unique FMD5).  If you also
encoded the account name in the file name, it would be possible to spool
mail from different accounts into one maildir, so I can read my various
mail accounts without having to change folders all the time.
