[linux-help] Jelp with using Cistron RADIUS server, version 1.6.6

I have recently got Cistron RADIUS server, version 1.6.6 installed on a linux 
red hat 7.3 machine, and am looking for help with getting the programstarted, 
and setup to allow users to dial in and connect to the internet threw this 
server.  I have read the read me files on http://www.radius.cistron.nl/ and am 
still having some problems with getting it all setup.  
Is there a web interface to use to set up users, or is id it done manually?  
What are some other good sites to use to get information on the this Cistron 
RADIUS server?
When setting up a user does this automatically set them up with the Email 
account using Qmail?
