Jim -

I don't think that it has anything to do with your 'RR' service because I
use SWB-DSL and I have been having a whole lot of troubles with connection
speeds today.. sites that use to draw on screen in a flash are taking
forever to draw?

And when I have done trace routes and pings to a number of different sites
they seem to die or time out just outside of Kansas City.
