Do any of you guys have access to an RF Frequency Sweep?

I have two UHF Modulators that I would like to use a 'TEST BENCH' tool to
set the UHF 'STATION' output with other than just viewing a TV till I
thought that I was 'seeing' a clean image from my home entrainment system.
