hmm, that is strange...  i use RR on slackware and all i had to do to get
it all up and working was type the command 'dhcpcd' and everything has
worked since...  i don't believe i even had to edit a config
file....  (except to tell it to use dhcp instead of my old static IP)...

wish i could be more help...
