I recently gave up on Netzero. they are so heavy into ads that they drive 
you completely nuts and the connection isn't what it used to be. I stopped 
paying for an ISP because netzero's connection worked as good as or better 
then the one I was paying for. Not the case any more. I have gone back to 
paying.

I haven't used Southwind so don't know anything about them.
