Agreed.  I'll see if I can set up a dialogue with them today, hopefully
with more than one of us present.  I'd like to consider founding an
"executive board" of sorts, not necessarily a heirarchy (as I'm not big on
"President," "Vice President," etc.), but a handfull of people to
coordinate some high-level day-to-day stuff.  Probably consisting of the
three founding members, and whomever else seems necessary.  This is a bit
down the road, mind you, but something that seems necessary, IMHO.
