The list of laguages for the   H e l p   file includes "HPComm" instead of
"English". Language list is:
French
German
HPComm
Portuguese
Spanish

Click on "HPComm" and you get the Help in English.

N.B. the word "help" is spelled with a lot of blank space to keep the
list-parser from thinking it's a request for help. Experience...
