[gopher] OverbiteFF beta 3

Firefox 3b4 just came out, so now is another version of OverbiteFF. This one
includes localizations sent in by many nice folks, and also a one-time brag
window for a little advocacy (only on the first installation). This required
some delicate ballet, so please report if it bugs out on your system. Yes, the
tab does not always come forward and I don't know why, but it should be on the
topmost window if you use SessionStore.

I am still looking for more localizers. The more the merrier, even if
"obscure" -- every bit helps! Thanks to those who have already contributed;
you are credited.
