Hello again,

Furthermore I think that there's a inconsistency within the calculation
of the bribe city costs: Immediately after an AI opponent freed a city
capturing about 45,000 gold, the costs for bribing further cities raises
to about a tenth of that. I saved the game then and continued to play
later. Then the costs were down to about a few hundreds of gold again.

I think, that's because I saved the game and reloaded it later. I tried
to verify that but then I ran into the problem that the stored game
cannot get reloaded, I described in the mail written a few minutes ago.
