[Freeciv] the "branch" for the next release

In preparation for the next release, we have made a "branch" of the code 
in CVS.  Unlike the 1.14.2 release, this will be a serious release with 
lots of new features and bugs.  There will be a beta cycle starting 
soon.  But if you can, you should download the new branch directly and 
play with the most up-to-date code.  Report any bugs back to 
bugs@xxxxxxxxxxx.

To download the new branch, follow the instructions on the web site for 
obtaining the code using CVS.  After you've "checked out" the code 
change to the freeciv directory run "cvs up -r S2_0".  Then continue 
with the directions on building, running, and updating the game.
